Audio Video Technician

We are seeking a skilled

Audio Video Technician

to support and maintain conference room AV environments at our Marlborough site. This role is ideal for a hands‑on AV professional who enjoys troubleshooting, user support, and working closely with facilities and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular health checks of all conference rooms

Verify hardware power status

Check battery levels (e.g., remotes)

Ensure full audio/video functionality

Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues promptly

Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and escalations

Ensure conference rooms are well‑maintained and presentable

Partner with Facilities to address physical or setup needs

Use AV monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues

Provide immediate, in-person AV support to users

Conduct regular AV training sessions

Best practices

General AV support guidance

Track, manage, and respond to ServiceNow work requests

Collaborate with the broader AV team to implement site‑level AV enhancements

Serve as the primary point of contact for all AV needs at the site

Support AV‑related special projects as assigned

Strong hands‑on experience with AV hardware and conference room technologies

Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills

Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Comfortable delivering user training and documentation
