Job Description
The Director of Marketing at Asahi Intecc USA serves as the operational leader of the U.S. marketing organization. This role is responsible for managing the full marketing team across Product Management, Marketing Operations, Brand and Communications, Creative, Digital, Events, Tradeshow Management, and Inventory coordination. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director ensures that strategy is translated into disciplined execution. This individual maintains direct visibility into all ongoing projects, timelines, priorities, and team performance, while actively supporting managers and associates in delivering high quality, compliant, and commercially impactful work. The role requires strong leadership presence, hands on involvement, cross functional alignment, and the ability to manage both strategic initiatives and daily operational execution.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industries.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi functional marketing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular, or related specialties strongly preferred.
Job Requirements
Oversee and manage all marketing functions, ensuring alignment, clarity of priorities, and coordinated execution across the organization.
Maintain full visibility into team activities, project status, timelines, and deliverables across Product Management, Operations, Creative, Events, and Communications.
Conduct regular one on one meetings with managers and team members to ensure focus, accountability, and professional development.
Drive execution of product launches, lifecycle management, and commercial initiatives across Coronary, Peripheral, Neuro, and IVR portfolios.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing strategy with field execution and revenue goals.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms, including congresses, digital channels, training materials, and sales collateral.
Lead tradeshow and event strategy, including booth planning, messaging coordination, staffing alignment, and post event evaluation.
Oversee marketing operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Guide pricing strategy, segmentation planning, and competitive positioning in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
Provide hands on review and guidance of key presentations, promotional materials, training content, and messaging frameworks.
Ensure compliance by coordinating closely with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams.
Establish measurable KPIs and hold the organization accountable to performance standards and deadlines.
Serve as the primary escalation point for marketing execution challenges and cross functional alignment issues.
Act as the operational backbone of the marketing organization.
Be deeply familiar with each team member's projects, priorities, and workload.
Remove obstacles and provide active support, not passive oversight.
Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and collaboration.
Develop managers to lead effectively while maintaining high performance standards.
