As our

Digital Manager (B2B)

you will develop, implement, and run digital marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen our online presence and generate measurable demand. You will own our

B2B social media channels, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content, and digital lead generation , ensuring clean tracking and performance reporting

including Salesforce .

What we are looking for:

Several years of experience in B2B digital marketing – ideally in software/IT or complex solution environments.

Strong hands‑on expertise in B2B social media, SEO, and content strategy/execution.

A performance‑driven mindset: confident with KPIs, analytics, testing, and optimization.

Experience with Salesforce (campaign/lead tracking and reporting); marketing automation experience is a plus.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English; German is a strong plus.

Structured working style, ownership mentality, and strong stakeholder management.

Nice to have:

Experience with GEO / AI visibility / Answer Engine Optimization.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, schema/JSON‑LD, and tag management.

Experience with GA4, Search Console, and SEO suites (e.g. Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs).

Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and nurture flows.

What you can expect:

You will own and scale our digital B2B channels end‑to‑end: Social Media, Website/Content, SEO and GEO (AI visibility) – all with a clear focus on qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.

You define and execute our social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn, YouTube), manage editorial planning, coordinate content production, and strengthen engagement & community.

You drive our SEO roadmap: topic clusters, on‑page optimization, internal linking, content refresh, snippet improvements – and collaborate with Web/IT on technical SEO fundamentals.

You build our GEO playbook: answer‑first content structures, Q&A modules, semantic entities, and “source‑of‑truth” pages to increase visibility in AI‑generated answers.

You develop content across the buyer journey (pillar pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, webinars) and continuously optimize UX and conversion.

You plan and manage digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, retargeting, email).

You optimize the entire lead funnel ‑ from the first landing‑page visit, through form submissions and marketing qualification, all the way to sales‑qualified leads ‑ in close collaboration with our Sales team.

You ensure clean campaign and lead tracking in Salesforce, including UTM logic, attribution basics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.

You collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Web/IT, and external partners – and present insights, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders.
