Associate Director Client Management

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Client Management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of client managers to enhance client engagement and service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with key clients while managing escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client success strategies and drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in managing enterprise B2B client relationships, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or professional services
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business resolution outcomes
Experience working in a global MNC and managing remote teams effectively
