The Opportunity:

We're hiring a

2nd Shift Production Supervisor (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

to lead production operations on the floor. In this role, you'll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while supporting your team and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

What You'll Do:

Here's what your day-today might look like:

Lead 2nd shift production operations, aligning schedules, staffing, and materials to meet delivery commitments
Drive performance across key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost
Hold teams accountable to work standards, performance expectations, and attendance in a union manufacturing environment
Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees to improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to monitor operations, support employees, and address issues in real time
Troubleshoot production and quality issues, making timely decisions to minimize downtime and maintain flow
Partner cross-functionally (Safety, Quality, Engineering) to resolve issues and support operational goals
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the shift
Maintain accurate production documentation, including work instructions and process updates
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and company policies
Own hiring, performance management, and team development, including coaching, accountability, and career progression
What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who is:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
Experienced in leading manufacturing teams, with at least 7 years of supervisory experience in a LEAN environment
Proven ability to drive performance, solve problems, and lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
Confident in making decisions, managing priorities, and holding teams accountable to expectations
Strong communicator who can effectively work across all levels of the organization
Familiar with union environments and managing within a collective bargaining setting (preferred)
Bonus: CPIM or Six Sigma certification
