About the Role

Senior Account Manager
to join a growing, innovative business operating at the forefront of the electronic components and distribution industry.
This hybrid role is based in Austin and will play a vital part in accelerating sales performance, building customer loyalty, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced inside sales or account management professional with a strong track record in customer development and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Management
Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and support
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow revenue
Sales Execution
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Work collaboratively with purchasing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and market demand
Client Engagement & Travel
Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and video calls
Travel occasionally for in-person customer visits and relationship development
Internal Collaboration
Align with business development to enhance go-to-market strategy
Provide market feedback and competitive insight to help shape commercial decisions
Required Skills and Experience
Several years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role
Background in the electronic components or technology distribution industry preferred
Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong time management and CRM proficiency
Willingness to travel on occasion
