About the Role

A leading media and entertainment provider is seeking a detailoriented

Marketing Operations Manager

to support the execution, tracking, and optimisation of core marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key partner to the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring rigour across budget management, KPI reporting, CRM administration, project coordination, and daytoday operational workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and comfortable navigating data, systems, and crossfunctional stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Management & Reconciliation
Support tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting of marketing budgets across multiple programs and vendors
Maintain accurate records of spend, invoices, and accruals in collaboration with Finance and Marketing
Assist with ongoing budget reporting and alignment between planned vs. actual spend
KPI Reporting & Measurement

Compile and maintain recurring KPI and performance reports across campaigns, programs, and channels
Support dashboard updates and ensure data hygiene for accurate, timely reporting
Assist in analysing performance metrics to inform optimisation and planning
CRM Management & Optimisation

Support CRM administration, including data entry, maintenance, and quality control
Assist with campaign tracking, attribution reporting, and workflow improvements
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance visibility, consistency, and data accuracy
Marketing Program & Event Support

Provide operational support for marketing programs, campaigns, and industry events
Assist with event logistics such as vendor coordination, budget tracking, registration, and asset delivery
Support execution of key initiatives including tentpole events, experiential programs, partner activations, and salesaligned marketing efforts
Maintain centralised documentation, timelines, trackers, and process workflows
Help with postevent wrapups, including reporting, performance inputs, and insights
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

Provide operational and administrative support across marketing initiatives
Assist with campaign launches, project timelines, documentation, and crossfunctional coordination
Maintain and update process documentation; identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Qualifications & Skills

2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related operational role
Experience with budget tracking, reporting, and CRM systems within a marketing or sales environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
