We're seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to support our Medical division. This role blends sales operations, KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and hands-on support of marketing initiatives. If you enjoy a mix of analytics, customer interaction, and creative project work, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

Issue quotations and track order status.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
Partner with Corporate Sales Operations to monitor order processing, sales reports, bookings, and key performance metrics.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide requested information or collateral.
Customer & Product Support

Facilitate online demonstrations and training sessions for medical and industrial products.
Communicate technical, sales, and marketing information clearly and professionally.
Marketing & Project Support

Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials, including presentations, data sheets, and product literature.
Support marketing projects including social media, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in B2B business administration within medical or high-technology industrial equipment.
Proficiency with

MS Office ,

ERP , and

CRM

systems.
Strong customer service and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through.
Effective communication skills across technical, sales, and marketing contexts.
Experience in sales and/or project management is a plus.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
