Express Capital Funding is hiring a dependable, hands-on

Digital Marketing and Paid Ads Lead

to own our paid acquisition engine for financial services. This critical role combines strategy, execution, and compliance: you’ll build and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while ensuring creative, copy, and tracking meet regulatory and platform requirements. If you know how to turn paid media into predictable revenue and build a full-funnel engine that converts, you’ll fit right in.
Meta is currently our strongest and most profitable channel. You will be responsible for

scaling Meta aggressively and intelligently , while simultaneously

building and growing additional channels

from day one to diversify acquisition and improve overall B2B lead quality.
You’ll have real ownership of performance, budgets, and creative direction, and you’ll work cross-functional with compliance, sales, and product teams to drive funded loan volume and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across

Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn .
Scale Meta performance while developing and testing new channels to expand reach.
Own budget allocation, pacing, bidding strategies, and scaling decisions.
Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation.
Design and iterate full-funnel acquisition flows from awareness to sales-ready

B2B

leads.
Lead creative direction; write and test headlines, primary copy, and sub-headlines.
Run A/B tests on creative, offers, hooks, and formats.
Audit and optimize landing pages and conversion paths for speed, clarity, messaging, and form conversion.
Compliance and Financial Accuracy

Ensure all ad copy, creatives, and landing pages comply with

financial advertising regulations, platform policies, and internal legal requirements .
Apply required disclaimers and disclosures and coordinate reviews with compliance/legal to avoid ad disapprovals.
Data, Tracking, and Systems Ownership

Own conversion tracking, pixels, tags, attribution, and CRM integrations.
Monitor lead flow and evaluate

lead quality , not just volume.
Use data to diagnose issues and recommend tactical and strategic changes.
Reporting, Analytics, and Growth

Deliver concise performance reporting and translate metrics into actionable insights.
Optimize toward KPIs:

cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROAS .
Partner with leadership to define growth goals, channel mix, and investment strategy.
Identify new channels, tools, and vendor partners to expand reach and efficiency.
Work with content, email, retargeting, and lifecycle teams to align acquisition with retention.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and evaluate technology partners.
Qualifications

Required
Proven hands-on experience running paid ads in

financial services, lending, or another regulated B2B environment .
Deep working knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .
Strong technical skills with

tracking, pixels, tags, and CRM integrations .
Experience writing

compliant ad copy

for financial products.
High reliability, ownership, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Analytical ability to translate data into decisions and optimizations.
Strongly Preferred / Nice to Have

Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience, OR Bank financing, OR other financial experience selling non-tangible B2B products, services, or solutions.
Proven

B2B lead generation

experience.
Experience auditing and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
Comfort owning budgets, forecasting, and performance targets.
Experience coordinating with compliance or legal review processes.
Experience with

Meta Andromeda/Advantage+ .
