Job Description:
Support the execution and evolution of a scalable design system by translating concepts into high-quality, production-ready visual components.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and refine new design system components (card types, typography systems, buttons)
Translate design concepts into detailed, production-ready assets
Ensure components function seamlessly across screens, platforms, and devices
Conduct detailed design inspections for responsiveness and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design standards
Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements

Requirements:
Must-Haves:

3-7 years of experience as a Visual Designer or similar
Strong production design experience with attention to detail
Expertise in Figma
Experience working within and contributing to design systems
Strong visual/aesthetic sensibility with a polished portfolio
Ability to take designs from concept through execution
Experience in fast-paced, creative environments (e.g., agency settings)
Nice-to-Haves:

Background in creative agencies or digital product studios
Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
