Strategic Planning And Communications Specialist
Help As the Strategic Planning and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Leads development and alignment of DeCA's long-range strategic plans with DoD and agency priorities.
Creates and coordinates agency-wide communication strategies, including senior leader messaging and high-visibility products.
Provides strategic analysis and recommendations to leadership on initiatives, performance measures, and organizational impacts.
Facilitates cross-directorate collaboration to synchronize planning, modernization, and operational initiatives.
Develops and implements change-management and stakeholder-engagement plans for agency transformation efforts.
Evaluates program effectiveness, tracks performance metrics, and prepares reports and dashboards for leadership review.
