Role Summary
We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead content and creator strategy across three growing brands in the fertility space: Spring Fertility, Open Fertility, and Nest Donor Bank.

This role is for someone who understands how to build community and drive measurable growth, not just post content. You’ll own day‑to‑day social strategy, manage influencer partnerships from outreach to reporting, and translate brand priorities into thoughtful, high‑performing campaigns across platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and execute platform strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels

Build monthly content calendars aligned to business priorities (egg freezing, IVF, donor recruitment, etc.)

Partner with internal teams to translate clinical education into accessible, engaging content

Write copy and guide creative direction to ensure content is on‑brand, compliant, and performance‑minded

Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, saves, clicks, leads) and use insights to optimize

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Identify and recruit mission‑aligned creators across fertility, women’s health, parenting, lifestyle, and local markets

Own outreach, negotiation, contracting, and briefing

Manage deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting, and paid amplification in partnership with the growth team

Build long‑term ambassador relationships, not just one‑off posts

Measure performance and continuously refine creator mix based on ROI and brand impact

Community & Brand Growth

Oversee community management, tone of voice, and engagement strategy

Surface patient stories and testimonials in collaboration with care teams

Support IRL activations and events with creator integration

Stay ahead of platform trends while ensuring content remains thoughtful and responsible in a sensitive healthcare space

Education, Licenses, Certifications

3–5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (healthcare, wellness, women’s health, or mission‑driven brands a plus)

Experience managing creators end‑to‑end — from sourcing to reporting

Strong copywriting skills with an ability to balance warmth and credibility

Comfort interpreting performance data and adjusting strategy accordingly

Understanding of paid usage/whitelisting and how influencer integrates into a broader growth strategy

Ability to manage multiple brands with distinct audiences and tones
