Paid Media Specialist

role focuses on driving measurable pipeline impact through high-performance B2B campaigns. This opportunity supports global marketing operations from Emapta Macedonia, offering a long-term career path within a premium outsourcing environment. You will play a critical role in shaping demand generation strategies, optimizing performance across platforms, and contributing to revenue growth through data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Ownership
Execute and manage paid media campaigns primarily across LinkedIn Ads
Support campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
Own end-to-end campaign setup including audience creation, ad builds, tracking, and launch
Ensure alignment with B2B demand generation and pipeline objectives
Optimization & Testing

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Execute A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
Improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Introduce new testing strategies and optimization initiatives
Creative & Asset Collaboration

Manage briefing and requests for ad creatives and campaign assets
Provide performance-based feedback to design and content teams
Guide messaging and creative direction using platform insights
Search & Cross-Channel Insight

Collaborate with PPC Manager on search campaigns across Google and Bing
Contribute to full-funnel, multi-channel paid strategies
Align LinkedIn, search, and display efforts across the buyer journey
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

Analyze performance using platform data and HubSpot attribution
Track full-funnel metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
Use tools such as Apollo and Factors.ai to understand buyer journeys
Deliver reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
Budget Contribution

Provide input on budget allocation based on performance trends
Identify opportunities for scaling and maximizing pipeline impact
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in paid media with strong B2B campaign focus
Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads as a primary platform
Hands-on experience with

Google Ads Search
Exposure to display platforms such as YouTube or programmatic
Experience with Microsoft Ads is preferred
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and full-funnel strategy
Experience with

HubSpot reporting and attribution
Familiarity with

Apollo, Factors.ai, or similar tools
Strong analytical ability with performance-driven decision making
Experience executing structured A/B testing programs
Key Skills

Strong analytical mindset with focus on revenue impact
Ability to challenge strategy while executing effectively
Excellent collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams
Highly organized with strong execution discipline
Clear communicator who translates data into insights
Working Requirements

Fully remote role
Must have working hours overlap with EST and Macedonia time zones

Background in lead generation and pipeline-focused campaigns
Experience with retargeting and multi-touch strategies
Familiarity with multi-channel attribution modeling
