ANDMORE is seeking a
Director, Lifecycle Marketing
to support our Vice President of MarTech & CLM in executing lifecycle marketing initiatives at our premier event venue and market facility. This role requires a hands-on professional who can implement and manage lifecycle marketing solutions that drive results for our venue operations and digital marketing efforts.
As
Director, Customer Lifecycle Management , you will execute and lead Andmore's strategy for engaging and growing customers across every stage of their journey from acquisition to advocacy. You'll manage day-to-day operations of our end-to-end customer journeys across our B2B environments.
Responsibilities
Data & Campaign Support
Craft long term road map and lead customer journey stages, map user journeys, and identify high-impact opportunities for personalization and automation.
Establish segmentation frameworks, lead scoring models, and re-engagement programs aligned to B2B buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Ensure journey strategies align with UX research, content strategy, data readiness, and platform constraints.
Oversee lifecycle email operations end-to-end, including segmentation, orchestration, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization across B2B customer journeys.
Partner with technical resources to create experience-led, system-ready journey architecture that translates into platform logic (events, triggers, states, scoring, segments).
Measurement and Attribution Strategy
Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for lifecycle stages (acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion).
Identify required data sources for CRM, CDP, website, ESP, and other marketing platforms.
Partner with analytics to implement attribution models, reporting dashboards, and closed-loop reporting.
Team Collaboration
Partner with the Vice President of MarTech & CLM and Director of Demand Generation and Planning to define and execute strategic CLM initiatives
Collaborate with marketing operations, venue sales, and event services teams
Support vendor relationships and serve as the customer advocate for technology implementations
Contribute to process improvements and best practices development
Candidate Profile
We're seeking a results-oriented professional with hands-on experience in marketing technology operations. The ideal candidate combines technical skills with strong execution abilities and can work effectively within a team structure.
Strong technical skills with email service providers, marketing automation platforms and customer data systems
Experience with email service providers with day-to-day email and segment management
Good project coordination abilities and attention to detail
Collaborative working style with ability to support senior leadership initiatives
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of marketing experience in lifecycle marketing, customer acquisition, or related roles
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, email service providers
Experience governing and optimizing customer journeys across platforms such as Amperity, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar
Experience designing multi-touch attribution models in B2B environments with technical depth to guide, test, and validate MarTech execution
Familiarity with event management systems and venue operations preferred
Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
