As a Graphic Designer with expertise in video and motion graphics, and web design with great Figma program skills, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our platform and captivating our audience.
Key Responsibilities

Create compelling visual assets, including videos, motion graphics, illustrations, and designs, to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement engaging visual content for social media campaigns, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile app, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Take ownership of the creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to the established style guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovative strategies to the team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user journey.
Qualifications Required

Minimum of 2 years experience in Graphics Design.
A strong portfolio showcasing video and motion graphics, and web design with great Figma program skills.
Proficiency in industry‑standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in creating user‑centered designs.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills.
Skills of the Candidate

Expertise in video editing and motion graphics, with a keen eye for storytelling through visuals.
Proficiency in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets.
Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices for creating engaging and responsive websites.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
