The Role
You’ll be the first person a prospect talks to. Your job is to identify the right businesses, start the right conversations, and either close the deal or hand off a warm, qualified intro. You’ll have a full‑service suite to sell, clear pricing, and a proven pitch behind every conversation.

This is built for someone who thrives on the hunt, moves independently, and already has a foot in the door with Chicago‑area professional services firms.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and outreach to law firms, real estate brokerages, and wellness practices across the Chicago metro area and beyond

Run the full sales cycle or book qualified intro calls for the founding team to close

Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers, practice managers, and business owners

Follow up persistently and professionally across LinkedIn, email, and phone

Represent SuperDesi with authority and clarity, matching each prospect to the right solution

Commission Structure

12% of monthly retainer for every client you close directly

6% of monthly retainer if you book a qualified intro and the founding team closes

Paid monthly for the first 4 months per client

Accelerator bonuses for hitting monthly new business targets (structure shared with shortlisted candidates)

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services

Existing network in legal, real estate, or wellness industries is a strong advantage

Strong written and verbal communication, especially on LinkedIn

Commercially sharp and results‑focused

Nice to Have

Prior agency or MarTech sales experience
