HVAC Comfort Consultant

Position Overview

The HVAC Comfort Consultant is responsible for performing a wide range of sales activities in support of the sales department and the company’s strategic growth plan.
This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed professional who can independently generate leads through marketed, technician, and self-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and sales opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial markets.
Present and sell HVAC products and services, including system features, benefits, pricing, and installation options.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close sales.
Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, new products, and technological advancements.
Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and develop long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC sales, commercial HVAC preferred
Strong ability to self-generate leads and close business independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to review job data and understand HVAC equipment requirements
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
