Job Title: Director of Retail Production
Location: 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 (Hybrid: Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri WFH)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: $68.00 to 85.00/hr on W2

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development
Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear
Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering
Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred)
Music merchandise production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns
Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams
Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins
Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications
Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.
