Business Developer At Moovd
Moovd is a fast-growing scale-up that aims to make an international impact. From the Netherlands, we are building our growth in the United States through partnerships, affiliates, campaigns, and collaborations with trainers and consultants. Our goal? To create a sustainable and scalable lead flow in the US.
We are looking for an enterprising and energetic Business Developer who will drive our growth in the United States. Someone who can constantly see opportunities, close deals, and build partnerships – thereby making the commercial engine of Moovd international.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for realizing growth in the US by building partnerships and commercial models. You will focus on outreach, sales, and strengthening our international positioning.
Setting up and maintaining partnerships and affiliates with trainers, consultants, and companies in the US. Proactive outreach to potential partners and customers; negotiating and closing commercial agreements. Developing and optimizing business models that are scalable for the US market. Collaborating with the marketing team to support and strengthen campaigns and lead flows. Engaging with trainers, educators, and consultants to promote collaborations and knowledge sharing. Coordinating training and education in collaboration with partners. Continually seeking opportunities to build and optimize the lead flow and sales machine in the US.
We are looking for someone who: Has a minimum HBO work and thinking level. Has experience with business development, partnerships, or international sales. Has strong commercial insight and knows how to turn opportunities into deals. Has experience with affiliates and consultancy models (preferred). Is enterprising, proactive, and results-driven: you get energy from growth and success. Is communicative and strong in negotiations, and easily switches with trainers, consultants, and partners. Understands how the American market works and how to effectively do business there. Is goal-oriented and results-driven: KPIs, ROI, conversion rates are your language.
