Responsibilities

Work with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute and track impactful monthly marketing plans, promoting Growatt brand within the regional market.

Plan, execute and measure impact of third‑party events, trade‑show sponsorships, and Growatt or field distributor‑hosted events and localized client/customer forums.

Support sales team and distributors for project technical proposals, workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations.

Improve the capability of sales team and local distributors through continuous training and technical consultancy.

Collect field market intelligence to support new product development or upgrades, define and implement new product go‑to‑market plans for regions, and create local‑language marketing documents and videos for product/solution promotion.

Maintain long‑term cooperation and good relationships with field distributors and channel customers.

Requirements

German and English speaking are mandatory.

Dutch and English speaking are mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred electrical engineering background.

1–3 years of experience in product marketing, service or pre‑sales technical roles within the solar industry, PV inverter and energy storage products.

Strong communication skills, teamwork, task planning, and target hitting.

Frequent business travel (if applicable).
