About the Role
We’re hiring a

Head of Talent

to build and lead a world-class recruiting function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of

strategy, execution, and leadership , partnering directly with the CEO and executive team to scale the company through exceptional hiring.
You will own the entire talent lifecycle—from workforce planning to executive hiring—while shaping the company’s hiring philosophy, processes, and employer brand.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the

end-to-end talent strategy

across all functions (Engineering, Product, GTM, G&A)
Partner with

founders and executives

on headcount planning, org design, and hiring priorities
Build and lead a

high-performing recruiting team

(technical + non-technical)
Establish scalable systems for

sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent
Personally lead

executive and critical hires

(Director, VP, C-level)
Develop and strengthen the company’s

employer brand and candidate experience
Implement data-driven recruiting practices,

metrics, and reporting
Optimize hiring processes for

speed, quality, and diversity outcomes
What We’re Looking For
10–15+ years of experience in

talent/recruiting , with leadership experience
Proven success scaling teams in

high-growth startups or top-tier companies
Experience hiring across

technical and business functions
Strong background in

executive hiring and stakeholder management
Ability to operate both

strategically and hands-on

in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of

talent markets, compensation, and closing strategies
Nice to Have
Experience in

Series A–C or hypergrowth environments
Background in

AI/ML, SaaS, or deep tech hiring
Experience building talent infrastructure from

0 → 1 or 1 → scale
