About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of companies. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and directly supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing efforts.
This is not a passive or desk-only role. You will be actively involved in the field capturing real installations, working alongside the team, and translating that into high-performing marketing campaigns. You will own marketing execution from strategy through performance analysis.
Travel for sites, events, and tradeshows is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Ownership
Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and events
Develop campaign strategies that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and sales initiatives
Manage campaign timelines, execution, and performance tracking from start to finish
Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive measurable growth
Content Creation & Production
Lead content strategy across all brands, ensuring consistency and quality
Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content including:
Products and inventory
Warehouse operations
Events and tradeshows
Lighting installations
Edit and produce short-form video and visual content for digital platforms
Build and manage a structured content library for ongoing use
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar (3–5 posts per week)
Identify trends and apply strategically to increase reach and engagement
Engage with audience and build brand presence across platforms
Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including promotions, product launches, and events
Segment and manage email lists for targeted outreach
Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize
Support lead nurturing efforts tied to campaigns and events
Events & Tradeshows
Support planning and promotion of tradeshows and events
Assist with booth strategy, messaging, and branding
Capture content during events for real-time and post-event marketing
Execute post-event follow-up campaigns to convert leads into opportunities
Travel and represent the company at key industry events
Sales Enablement & Brand Support
Create marketing and sales materials including presentations, flyers, and promotional assets
Support the sales team with content, campaigns, and visuals that drive conversions
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
Website & SEO Support
Manage and update website content including project galleries, blogs, and product updates
Collaborate with SEO and development partners to improve visibility and performance
Support landing page creation and campaign integration
Marketing Tracking & Execution
Manage campaign setup and tracking within CRM and marketing platforms (Constant Contact, etc.)
Maintain data accuracy and improve marketing workflows and reporting processes
Own campaign-level reporting across email, web, social, and events
Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, email, social platforms) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
Assist with special projects as needed
Copywriting & Messaging
Draft and refine marketing copy across all channels (email, website, social, campaigns)
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4–6+ years of marketing experience
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social analytics tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO and website content management
