Graphic Designer Full-Time Remote

Fluz is aiming to disrupt the payment experience by making it more social. We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection of social media, payments and rewards. We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth. Over the past year our team has grown from 25 members to over 90 and our business is up 10X. We will sponsor H1B work Visas.
We are looking for a graphic designer to help communicate to the users of our mobile application. The designer will be responsible to help build out all visual assets to be used across various communication channels. You will be one of the first 20 employees in the US office, getting in at the ground floor and helping us to build something huge.
What You Will Do

Preparing web banners for site content pages, blog posts and internal promotions
Exploring graphic style to create a fresh look for all content
Creation of GIFs for select campaigns
Follow an integrated content calendar for various channels
Preparing email blasts using content management tools
Preparing digital assets for social media posts
Internal presentations for new business initiatives
Technical Requirements

Experience with graphic design for web and print
Experience with Mail Chimp or other email blast software
Strong sense of typography and graphic styles
Tech Savvy
Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator are a MUST
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
Passion for quality design and innovation and aesthetics
Willingness to learn and teach
Desire to be involved in product definition
Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting
Our Mobile application is built with React Native and Apollo on the Front End. Backend is built with Node.JS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis deployed on GCP through CI and Docker Images. GitLab version control hosted on GCloud. We are using Bitrise for our CI tool and Apache for load testing.
