How you'll make an impact in this role

Oversee the Marketing department. Lead, manage and direct key initiatives, programs, departments and/or priorities within given market or Center of Expertise (COE).

Contribute to and is accountable for operational planning, coordination and decision-making.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic processes associated with the market or COE.
Oversee ongoing talent stewardship and succession planning, including developing, coaching and managing people. Provide some day-to-day operational support.
Manage brand equity.?Contributes to product and service innovation, differentiation, design and positioning efforts.
Facilitate the implementation of brand strategies designed to raise awareness, preference and choice with patients, consumers, physicians and associates.
What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking

Experience in Healthcare or Senior Living setting preferred

Previous experience in community-based marketing and referral development and management
