$350K–$1M+ annually
in agency search fees from clients they originate.
If your experience is primarily:
internal recruiting (Talent Acquisition)
team‑based or shared revenue
this role will not be a fit.
We are looking for a
$400k+ annual biller
(Partner or Principal level) who already originates and owns their own book —
not someone waiting for handed‑off searches .
Lower-volume or junior recruiters will not be considered.
You’ll step directly into
established relationships with several top 10 private equity firms
and their portfolio companies — giving you immediate, high-quality active deal flow from day one.
