Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting K–12 and public-school construction projects

Build and maintain relationships with school district officials, facilities directors, architects, and key stakeholders

Identify and track upcoming bond programs, funding initiatives, and long-term project opportunities

Lead client engagement efforts, including meetings, presentations, and industry outreach

Attend industry events, school board meetings, and networking functions to promote company visibility

Develop pursuit strategies for targeted opportunities in collaboration with leadership

Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the K–12/public works sector

Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of future opportunities
