Senior Director, Marketing – Laroprovstat in the US Bipharma CVRM therapeutic area. The role requires a strong ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, lead others, problem‑solve, influence, and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Uses a meticulous, scientific approach to understand, navigate, and adapt to complex, rapidly changing environments; leads the creation of compelling, evidence‑based content that educates and influences target audiences.
- Leads the development and end‑to‑end execution of the Brand strategy, aligning positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go‑to‑market plans to business objectives.
- Builds strong Brand advocacy among Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers to amplify reach, credibility, and adoption.
- Leads all aspects of multi‑channel media measurement and the analytics plan, ensuring robust KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and actionable insights inform optimization.
- Delivers innovative, modern marketing approaches, including data‑driven social media strategies and implementation tailored to diverse consumer segments.
- Assesses marketing impact continuously; makes timely course corrections, tests‑and‑learns, and pivots to improve outcomes.
- Leads cross‑functional brand P&L expense targets, ensuring resource allocation, return on investment discipline, and financial accountability.
- Understands and clearly communicates sales performance and forecasting targets; partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply to align demand planning.
- Champions a growth mindset, learning agility, and entrepreneurial thinking across the team and partners.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate innovative ideas from concept to execution, including pilots, scale‑up, and post‑launch optimization.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any background
- 8+ years experience in one or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry experience, which includes 5 years of commercial experience
- Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
Desirable Requirements
- Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
- Experience in CVRM, especially dyslipidemia
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to successfully work through ambiguity
- First‑line leader experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving ambitious goals or career progression
- Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and drive results

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $231,988.80 to $347,983.20 USD. Base pay may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. Short‑term incentive bonus opportunities and eligibility for equity‑based long‑term incentive programs are also offered.
