What you’ll do

This is a senior individual contributor role with CEO-visible impact. You set the technical foundation, shape the strategy, and ship the work. You are a developer at heart with a mind for web strategy, comfortable coding as well as diagnosing Core Web Vitals and communicating what moves the pipeline. You will treat AI as infrastructure and deliver impactful work on a quarterly cadence.

You report to the VP of Brand & Community and partner daily with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Design. You’ll own the digital experience as a performance-driven system, responsible for its architecture, performance, and conversion effectiveness.

What you’ll own

  • The website. Pindrop.com: architecture, performance, uptime, and every page that ships. Build from design to live, keep tech debt low, and maintain Core Web Vitals. Mobile-first, automated testing, and quality assurance are required.
  • The AI-native experience. Build for humans visiting today and AI agents crawling the web. Create LLM-ready structure, schema, and content with personalization and dynamic content. Prototype and measure agentic and RAG-backed experiences against pipeline.
  • Conversion. Own on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys. Partner with Demand Gen on landing pages, run experiments with real hypotheses, and scale what works. Instrument every page from day one (UTM, forms, CRM handoff).
  • Analytics and insight. Own web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI. Build dashboards that inform decisions; surface underperformance with actionable recommendations.

Who you are

  • You take ownership of outcomes and diagnose issues when performance or conversion falters.
  • You treat AI as a professional tool and can demonstrate how you’ve used it to deliver outcomes.
  • You are data-driven and decisive, able to articulate next steps from a funnel.
  • You hold a high QA bar for performance, tracking, and design before go-live.
  • You communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • You have a builder’s mindset with strong judgment and challenge assumptions when needed.

Your skill-set

Must-have:

  • 12+ years owning web performance end-to-end, with a track record in both development execution and data-driven decisions
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise website experience; understands how a website drives pipeline
  • Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with real examples
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and experience in Webflow; not tied to either
  • Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with the ability to build from a design file and debug
  • Proven wins on Core Web Vitals and technical SEO/AEO
  • Hands-on GA4 and GTM: implementation, QA, attribution
  • Working knowledge of how websites integrate with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation

Nice to have:

  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud, contact center, or AI/ML products
  • Experience shipping AI-powered web features: personalization, RAG-backed content, chat interfaces
  • Familiarity with HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot
  • Headless CMS or modern framework experience (React, Next.js)
  • A/B testing tooling (Optimizely, VWO)

Base pay range: US$145,000 – US$175,000. Pindrop considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, skills, market and business considerations when extending offers.
