Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring their digital marketing objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. SEO, content, design, and development) to ensure effective execution and optimisation of campaigns.
Liaise with external vendors, partners, and platforms to support campaign delivery and performance.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present marketing strategies, reports, and proposals to clients in a clear and structured manner.
Identify opportunities to enhance client accounts through additional services where appropriate.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in account management, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid advertising, and social media platforms.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
