Business Development Director
Offer for an Independent Business Development /B2B Sales Communication Specialist, also experienced in online Marketing and Social Media. You will be responsible for the Development, Marketing & Sales activities of this division to ensure its growth, as you build the business and a sales team. This is a Work-from-home opportunity with mostly In-Person/client-based sales visits or virtual client presentations, as needed, occasional business travel for Trade shows, Industry conventions, Networking events and/ or business presentations. WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED BUSINESS DEVELOPERS & TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALISTS FOR THIS VERSATILE POSITION.
Qualifications
Marketing Activities:
• Manage, Improve and Maintain all the Social Media sites: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and other • Work with the Head Office's Marketing Design teams to develop Marketing Campaigns • Participate in the Promotion, Protection, Development & Improvement the Brand • Implement Head Office's promotional campaigns • Complete all monthly Marketing checklist activities, working with the Head Office's teams • Other related tasks
Prospection & Leads Generating Activities:
• Weekly Prospecting: Search and generate new business leads • Cold-calling to generate new business accounts • Qualify prospects, all entry sources • Find new sources of partnerships • Conduct Client-Based and Virtual Business presentations • Attend occasional Virtual or Onsite Trade shows, Networking events, conventions & other potential leads sources • Other related tasks
Sales Activities:
• Work with the Head Office's to develop Telephone Campaigns • Help develop Telephone sales scripts • Cold-calling to generate new accounts • Sales presentations • Help in the recruiting of new members of the division's sales team • Prepare quotations and sales proposals • Close sales deals • Follow-up on accounts for renewals and upsales • Other related tasks
Head-Office collaboration & Meetings:
• Work with operations team, on client accounts, as needed • Work with accounting team, on client accounts, as needed • Attend & Participate in Corporate monthly meetings • Training of new Sales/Marketing agents for your division, as needed • Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Perfectly Bilingual in English & French - Over 5 years B2B Telemarketing Experience - Small Business Development Experience - Executive level Sales communications abilities - Over 2 years Social Media development experience - Management skills - Motivated Sales Professional - Motivated by rising commissions - Autonomous person - Works well under pressure - Fully equipped to work from Home-Office - Must have a car for Client visits

LOCATION Work from your Home-Office Can work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area.
EDUCATION College, Finished Minimum 5 years Experience Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.
REMUNERATION: This position is a commission-Based
SCHEDULE: Flexibles hours Part-Time (minimum 15hours per week) or Full-Time (40hours) Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available
