We're seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Desk / Sales Manager to join our team in Gilmer, Texas. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys leading a sales team to success. You'll be responsible for desking deals, coaching salespeople, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused transactions in both new and pre-owned departments.

Responsibilities
• • Desk and structure deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross profit.
• Submit deals to lenders and ensure accurate, timely funding.
• • Take TOs (turnovers) promptly to assist the sales team in closing deals.
• • Negotiate sales terms while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• • Help manage and price inventory with store leadership.
• • Train, motivate, and support the sales team for consistent performance.
• • Maintain a professional image and strong follow-up discipline.
• • Contribute new ideas and proven processes to drive dealership growth.

Qualifications
• • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales or management experience.
• • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• • Strong knowledge of deal structure, desking, and lender guidelines.
• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• • Ability to take quality TOs and support salespeople effectively.
• • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• • Solid understanding of dealership operations and sales principles.

Compensation & Benefits
• • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
• • Annual earning potential between $80,000 and $130,000+.
