Sales Manager – Dimmitt Chevrolet Dealership
Dimmitt Chevrolet is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Chevrolet operations and pre-owned vehicle management .

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how to drive volume, gross, and inventory turn —not just desk deals.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a Chevrolet or GM store

Strong pre-owned inventory management skills (aging, acquisition, pricing, turn)

Ability to desking deals, structure subprime and prime deals effectively

Track record of improving front-end gross and total deal profitability

Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold sales teams accountable

Experience working with BDC and digital lead conversion

High energy, competitive mindset, and process-driven

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive pre-owned inventory strategy (acquisition, pricing, aging)

Desk deals and maximize gross profit while maintaining volume

Work closely with F&I to improve total deal performance

Monitor and improve lead-to-sale conversion and showroom performance

Train and develop sales team on process, product, and closing

Maintain accountability across the sales floor and ensure clean deal flow
