- As a Video/Multimedia Developer on the Internal Communications team, you will focus on creating engaging content that informs and connects our workforce.
- You will plan, execute, and deliver both studio and field-based video and audio projects, working closely with internal clients to develop compelling visual narratives.
- Manage the entire production process to ensure high-quality outputs that align with our communication goals.
- Essential qualifications include strong skills in video production, creative development, and project management.
- This role is pivotal in strengthening internal communications through impactful multimedia storytelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ?Media Arts or related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, including camera operation and audio processing. (Prefer 5 years)
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools. Specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong technical skills in lighting setup, video editing, and audio recording for professional-quality productions.
- Ability to collaborate with internal clients, manage production logistics, and adapt quickly to changing creative direction
