Job Title: Video/Multimedia Developer
Work Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 6 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description & Responsibilities :
As a Video/Multimedia Developer on the Internal Communications team, you will focus on creating engaging content that informs and connects our workforce.
You will plan, execute, and deliver both studio and field-based video and audio projects, working closely with internal clients to develop compelling visual narratives.
Manage the entire production process to ensure high-quality outputs that align with our communication goals.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Media Arts or related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, including camera operation and audio processing. (Prefer 5 years)
Proficiency with industry-standard tools. Specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Strong technical skills in lighting setup, video editing, and audio recording for professional-quality productions.
Ability to collaborate with internal clients, manage production logistics, and adapt quickly to changing creative direction.
Essential qualifications include strong skills in video production, creative development, and project management.
This role is pivotal in strengthening internal communications through impactful multimedia storytelling.
