Social Media + Influencer Coordinator

We are seeking a talented, motivated Social Media + Influencer Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about storytelling and bringing our brands to life online while building meaningful relationships with influencers, creators and our community.

The ideal candidate is creative, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented, with a strong understanding of social platforms and digital storytelling. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and bring both structure and fresh ideas to the table. This role requires an equally creative and business‑minded individual who can produce original, engaging content for Flea Style, The Original Hat Bar, Heirloom Haul and Wide Brim while supporting day‑to‑day marketing needs.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule social media content across platforms, including posting and community engagement

Create original content including graphics, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and feed posts

Write engaging, on‑brand captions that reflect our voice and storytelling style

Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent, timely content

Collaborate with our photographer on shoot planning, scheduling, and on‑site support (set up/breakdown)

Capture behind‑the‑scenes content and assist in content production

Generate fresh, creative ideas that evolve and expand the brand narrative

Support community management, including responding to comments, DMs and customer inquiries

Identify, research and build relationships with influencers and creators aligned with our brands

Manage influencer outreach, gifting and collaboration logistics from start to finish

Track content and campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategy

Assist in planning and promoting launches, events and key brand moments

Key Requirements

1‑3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong customer service mindset; comfortable being customer‑facing when needed (including in‑store support)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools

Basic photo and video editing skills (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Experience with affiliate programs like LTK
