Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Cleverpup is building the go-to brand for dog parents on the move—and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help bring that to life online.
This is a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for someone who can think strategically and execute quickly. You’ll own our social presence end‑to‑end: creating content, managing creators, driving influencer partnerships, and working closely with our team and agency partners to grow both organic reach and paid performance. You’ll also collaborate across marketing initiatives—from product launches to campaigns—to help ensure our brand shows up consistently across channels and contributes to business growth.

What You’ll Do

Own all Cleverpup social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)—from planning to posting to performance tracking
Create original content (photo + video) that feels native, on‑trend, and true to the brand
Source, manage, and grow relationships with creators and influencers
Lead influencer campaigns from outreach through execution and reporting
Support and capture content at events, pop‑ups, and brand activations
Partner with internal team + external agencies to shape and evolve our social strategy
Collaborate on paid social (creative input, testing ideas, performance insights)
Partner with e‑commerce and retail teams to support product launches, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives
Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on what’s working
What We’re Looking For

2+ years managing social for a consumer brand (startup or high‑growth a plus)
Strong content instincts—you know what works on TikTok vs. Instagram without overthinking it
Comfortable behind the camera and in the editing apps
Experience working with influencers and creators (negotiation + relationship building)
Familiar with paid social and how organic + paid work together
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and using insights to guide content strategy
Highly organized but flexible—you can juggle a lot and move fast
You’re proactive, scrappy, and not afraid to try things that might not work
