Jr. Motion Graphic Designer

We're looking for a passionate and creative Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join our small but talented team. The primary focus of the role is to support the wider team with ongoing creative tasks, including updating and maintaining monthly promotional content. You will also contribute to projects across motion design, UI animation, branding and entertainment promotion, from early ideas through to final delivery.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside experienced designers and gaining exposure to client-facing work. You'll need a strong eye for design, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to developing your technical and creative skills.

Remote Options: Fully remote
Assisting in the creation of concepts, mood boards, storyboards and simple animatics
Updating and maintaining template-driven graphics
Supporting the design and production of motion graphics using typography, photography, video and basic 3D elements
Producing a range of assets including lower thirds, bumpers, idents and short-form content
Collaborating with designers, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time
Supporting the wider creative and video production team where needed
Helping to manage and organise project files and workflows
Relevant diploma or degree (media/design related preferred but not essential)
Around 1+ years of experience (internship, freelance or junior role)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and After Effects
Some experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools is a bonus, but not required
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and potential
Good communicator comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Highly organized, motivated individual with a willingness to develop new skills and techniques
