You play a critical role in guiding and optimizing enterprise content, bridging quality, compliance, and technology to keep information accurate and actionable.
To be successful as a DCW Content Management Specialist, you should have:
Enterprise content management/content governance experience; able to operate in large, multi-layered, or regulated environments
Practical experience in taxonomy, metadata model, classification scheme design and content performance (SEO/AEO, analytics)
Extensive content lifecycle management and publishing governance knowledge with experience on Microsoft 365/SharePoint
Able to translate strategy into practical standards, operating models, and functional specifications
Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or enterprise intranet platforms
Familiarity with search and answer engine optimization (SEO/AEO), analytics, and content performance metrics
Experience supporting digital workplace or knowledge management capabilities
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $170,000Maximum Salary: $230,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
