A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support marketing and growth initiatives for its Life Sciences practice. This role works closely with attorneys and cross‑functional teams to drive client development, enhance market visibility, and support strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business development and marketing initiatives, including pitches, RFPs, and proposals
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and conferences
Assist with client targeting using CRM and experience databases
Prepare marketing materials such as pitches, bios, and web content
Contribute to directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
Collaborate on branding and digital marketing campaigns
Track progress against business development goals
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing or business development experience (law firm or professional services preferred)
Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
Experience with proposals/pitches and managing deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
