Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to create and manage B2B communications and marketing materials
Oversee content creation across various workstreams, including digital communications
Drive work process improvements and optimize workflows using emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of eight years of property casualty insurance or related communications experience
OR a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field and at least five years of relevant experience
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Experience with content management systems and workflow software
Ability to draft content under time pressure
