Position
The Account Executive position is responsible for managing the overall sales & marketing for a designated region. This position will utilize frequent face to face contact to ensure satisfaction with customers needs. The Account Executive will be responsible for maximizing the sale of products and services of a direct basis.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain an up to date level of product, technical and application knowledge.
Develop and maintain a balanced pipeline of prospects through aggressive cold calling, research, networking and referrals.
Secure meetings with key decision makers and advance opportunities through the sales process to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
Responsible for providing and maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal & external customers.
Respond to changing market conditions that contribute to long term sustainability.
Proactively develop and propose ways to address business challenges, emerging trends and opportunities.
Develop initiatives to assure customer satisfaction while attaining operating goals.
Work with operations for planning, forecasting and taking care of customer needs.
Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain customer relations.
Communicate market intelligence for any course correction needed.
Analyze customer needs through analysis techniques and sales strategies.
Ensure all Lott Oil required training programs are followed and completed.
Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching and kneeling.
Occasional overtime work required throughout each week depending on demand. Heavy overtime work required during times of customer demand.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in an outside sales related business
Prior management of all levels of customer accounts
Strong communication and organizational skills
Intermediate PC, MS Office and database skills
