Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" role where you will be the primary driver of our digital storefront and marketing execution. You’ll be responsible for making sure our products look incredible online, our emails are hitting inboxes perfectly, and our site is always updated with the latest collections.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of a creative marketer and a technical executor—someone who can build an email, tweak the HTML to make it look right, and then analyze the performance of a social ad.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management: Own the end-to-end process of adding new products to the site, including uploading high-res imagery, writing/editing descriptions, and managing tags.
Site Merchandising: Build and curate product collections. Ensure the homepage and navigation reflect current inventory and seasonal trends.
Content Updates: Keep the website fresh by updating banners, landing pages, and blog posts.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Campaign Execution: Build, test, and schedule weekly email newsletters and SMS campaigns.
Template Management: Use basic HTML/CSS to reconfigure and optimize email templates for better mobile responsiveness and design.
Creative Asset Management: Resize and reformat images/videos for various digital placements (ads, social, web). Coordinate with our Creative Agency to ensure daily brand consistency.
Agency Coordination: Act as the technical liaison for our Media Agency, sharing ad sets, creative assets, and landing page information in a timely fashion.
Social Execution: Schedule organic social posts and ensure all links, UTM tags, and product tags are functioning correctly.
Data & Performance Reporting
KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators for all digital activities, including email open/click rates, site conversion rates, and ad performance.
Optimization: Provide actionable insights based on data for us to improve site navigation, email engagement, and campaign ROI.
Requirements
Experience with eCommerce platforms (i.e., Shopify) and Email Service Providers (i.e., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Ability to read and edit basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot layout issues.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), or Figma to make quick edits to marketing assets.
You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manual. If you don’t know how to do something, you’re the type to poke around and find a YouTube tutorial and master it in an afternoon.
You catch the broken link or the typo that everyone else missed.
