Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience with production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Adaptability to quickly shifting business priorities and needs
Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital assets and deliverables
Excellent interpersonal communication and a collaborative team spirit
Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Ability to assist with improving production processes, tools, and workflow
Proficiency with company applications, particularly Keynote
Passion for pop-culture, music, and associated content
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Responsible for setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables
Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied
Provide support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed
Build positive relationships across the company's Music ecosystem, collaborate with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward
Report to leadership team and create executive summaries
Create and communicate folder structure, channels, and other team workspaces
Provide frequent and clear communication regarding status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery
Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize processes
