Overview
We are seeking a Sales Director to drive new business growth for a rapidly expanding Employer of Record (EOR) services offering. This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new logos and building strategic partnerships within the staffing and MSP ecosystem.
This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in expanding market share within small to mid-sized organizations and MSP firms.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development focused on EOR solutions (no account management)
Identify, prospect, and close new clients across:
Small to mid-sized businesses utilizing contract labor
Managed Service Providers (MSPs) seeking EOR partners
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot), and internal marketing resources
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and closing complex opportunities
Consistently achieve new logo acquisition targets and revenue goals
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Required Experience
Minimum
1+ year of experience selling EOR (Employer of Record) services

Proven success in
new business development / logo acquisition
Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
Experience selling into B2B environments
Preferred Experience
Experience selling into or partnering with MSP organizations
Background in staffing, workforce solutions, or contingent labor models
Existing network within staffing/MSP ecosystem
