We are hiring a Partner Account Executive to sit inside the partner’s office and serve as the connective tissue between the partner, its MSP partners, and
think bridge. This is not a passive partner role. You will drive revenue, enable MSPs to sell effectively, and own deals from discovery to close.
Experience Level
Mid-level – 5+ Years of experience as a Partner Account Executive in MSP and SaaS. Experienced in partner and channel sales, with strong skills in handling deals from start to closure.
What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Through MSP Partners
Act as the Account Executive for opportunities sourced through partner MSPs.
Partner with MSP sales teams to position
think bridge effectively in front of their clients.
Co‑sell with MSPs and help them win deals they otherwise couldn’t.
Enable MSPs to Sell thinkbridge
Train MSP sales teams on
think bridge’s value proposition and offerings.
Help MSPs identify when to introduce
think bridge into their sales cycles.
Provide just‑in‑time coaching on active opportunities.
Build confidence so MSPs can position us independently over time.
Support Deal Execution
Gather and clearly articulate customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal
think bridge teams on scoping, pricing, and solution design.
Co‑create final proposals with MSP partners.
Ensure proposals align with both customer needs and partner expectations.
Deliver the Right Content at the Right Time
Share relevant case studies, success stories, and co‑branded materials.
Support MSP marketing activities with targeted assets and messaging.
Tailor materials to specific industries, use cases, and deal stages.
Embed Within Partner
Work onsite at partner’s Pinellas Park office and its hybrid mode.
Build strong relationships with partner leadership and sales teams.
Help enable partners to recruit and onboard new MSP partners into the program.
Act as the face of
think bridge within the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
Proven Account Executive or Partner Sales professional (ideally in MSP and SaaS)
Comfortable operating in a co‑sell / channel environment.
Strong at discovery, deal strategy, and closing complex opportunities.
Able to teach, influence, and guide external sales teams without authority.
Entrepreneurial and thrive in high‑ambiguity, build‑mode environments.
Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value.
