Description

We are not looking for someone to build marketing infrastructure. The infrastructure is built. We are looking for the marketing leader who drives it, optimizes it, and scales it - while adding the strategic vision and human leadership that AI cannot replace.

You will own brand, content, demand generation, and marketing operations across four business lines:
LO Recruiting

- Attract experienced loan officers to CMS
Borrower Acquisition

- Generate consumer-facing mortgage leads
Referral Partner Development

- Build and nurture realtor and referral relationships
Executive Thought Leadership

- Manage CEO and COO content pipelines

This is not a blank slate. This is a loaded system that needs a sharp operator to drive it.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI-powered marketing system to produce consistent, compliant, high-quality content at scale
• Own marketing strategy and execution across all four business lines
• Manage the CEO's and COO's thought leadership content pipelines
• Build and lead a small, high-performing marketing team (2-4 people)
• Own marketing metrics: content velocity, lead generation, compliance pass rate, brand consistency
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) within budget
• Ensure 100% compliance on all marketing materials (NMLS, state-specific, RESPA)
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple voices and channels
• Report on campaign performance with a metrics-driven approach

Qualifications

Required
• 8-15 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, fintech, insurance, or another regulated industry
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for content creation, research, and automation - not "I have played with ChatGPT," but active, workflow-integrated usage
• Track record of hands-on content marketing execution, not just strategy decks
• Experience managing brand consistency across multiple content creators and channels
• Multi-channel execution: LinkedIn, email sequences, landing pages, paid ads, SEO
• Metrics-driven mindset - you speak in conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI, not vanity metrics
• Experience managing teams of 3-10 people
• Comfort working in a founder-led company with strong, opinionated leaders

Preferred
• Mortgage industry experience
• Experience with content atomization workflows (one piece into 15+ platform-native assets)
• Paid media management: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta
• SEO and programmatic content experience
• Executive ghostwriting or thought leadership management
• Experience with tools in our stack: GoHighLevel, Claude/Anthropic, Airtable
• Startup or growth-stage experience - comfortable being strategic at 9 AM and hands-on at 2 PM
