About the Role

We are seeking a Web Design Intern to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role based in Redmond, WA. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who wants hands-on experience creating modern, user-friendly digital content in a real startup environment. You will work primarily in Webflow, helping design and build responsive web pages and support our digital presence across our website and advertising channels. You will assist with ad content and direct marketing efforts as needed.


What You'll Do

  • Design and build responsive web pages using Webflow
  • Help improve UI/UX across our website and applications
  • Create and update graphics, layouts, and digital assets
  • Support marketing and customer-facing materials
  • Assist with social media and ad creative
  • Collaborate with team members to bring ideas from concept to live experiences


Qualifications

  • Proficiency and experience in Webflow and Figma
  • Understanding of core design principles (layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and UI/UX)
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A self-starter who enjoys contributing on a small, collaborative team
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
  • Experience creating social media or digital ad content
  • Ability to recognize and write compelling copy
  • Interest in startups, branding, or technology-driven businesses


More Details

  • Location: Mostly remote role with 2 hours per week on-site in Redmond, WA
  • Time Commitment: 16 hours per week
  • Compensation: $21 per hour
  • Term: May 18 - Oct 2, 2026
