This onsite role supports the leasing and sale of commercial real estate by creating marketing materials and executing campaigns for the commercial real estate portfolio. You will work closely with brokerage teams to develop proposals, presentations, and strategies that attract tenants and investors. The position blends creative marketing with business development to effectively position and promote real estate assets.
This is an onsite role in downtown Atlanta. It is not a hybrid or remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to support leasing and business development efforts
Create and execute marketing campaigns for commercial property listings and portfolio initiatives
Collaborate with brokers to produce pitch decks and client-facing materials
Manage property marketing across digital channels, email campaigns, and social media
Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases
Required Experience & Skills
1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and visual presentation skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
