This position directs the Decideware platform enterprise-wide and supports the sourcing of creative agency services within the Marketing Procurement team. It supports a total category spend of $450M and reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies.
Responsibilities
Support category management and sourcing across Advertising Procurement in the US/Global.
Lead global, cross‑functional initiatives for Decideware, covering current state, new functionality, change management, and local market requirements.
Manage Decideware Scope, Surveys, and stakeholder and agency training.
Review Agency Scope of Work, staff plans, FTE hours, and rate structures to provide financial guidance to stakeholders.
Negotiate supplier contracts from initial review to execution.
Implement Supplier Value Management to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships with a service mindset.
Deliver on key metrics, including savings, supplier performance, working capital, value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG integration, and business continuity.
Actively support on‑site and remote supplier relationships and spend expansion.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required.
5–7 years of procurement, business management, or marketing experience.
Ability to review agency multipliers and benchmark agency rates for Time & Material and deliverable agency services.
Agile mindset and quick learning ability.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated solid leadership with strengths in collaboration, written and verbal communication, and cross‑functional teamwork.

Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office‑based positions in the U.S. will work a hybrid model: three total days on site per week, Monday – Thursday, with Friday remote. This does not apply to field‑based, facility‑based, manufacturing‑based, research‑based, collective‑bargaining agreements, or roles designated as remote.
Compensation
Salary range: $106,200.00 – $167,200.00. Eligibility for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
