The role
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You lead the end-to-end development of global talent and influencer partnerships, aligning them with brand, product, and campaign priorities.

What you’ll do (and what you won’t)

You own global talent and influencer partnerships end-to-end

You identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships with key cultural figures in music and wellness

You align partnerships with Loop's brand and product calendar to maximize cultural and commercial impact

You collaborate on co-branded product development and integrated campaigns

You build and manage long-term relationships with talent, agents, and agencies

You maintain a forward-looking pipeline of top-tier talent aligned with brand priorities

You guide campaign and creative direction for talent integrations in partnership with Brand & Creative

You track performance and ROI of partnerships using campaign and brand metrics

How you’ll succeed

What you’ll bring

You bring at least 5 years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, or cultural marketing

Deep knowledge of global influencer and talent ecosystems across music and wellness

Strong negotiation skills with experience managing budgets, contracts, and performance metrics

You work independently and know when to involve others

You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity

You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve

You want your work to matter, not just exist

Based on internal benchmarks and market data, we expect the salary range for this role in our New York City office to be $100,000 - $115,000 per year. Loop takes into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skill sets, qualifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Final salary is based on a number of factors such as location, relevant prior experience, and specific skills or expertise. Please note that the range listed is just one component of Loop's total rewards.
